He has an impressive academic curriculum with two Masters one in Hospital Management and Another in Marketing and various other certification courses from reputed international universities like Wharton Business School, Harvard University, and IIM. He received Doctorate from “The University of Swahili, Panama, Central America” in 2019 for his Commendable work in Medical Field.

Dr. Ajay Aggarwal

Dr. Ajay Aggarwal  - Director of North India - He is a seasoned medical professional and renowned Radiologist having more than 28 years of experience in various fields in the healthcare sector including radiology, oncology, pathology as well as setting up hospitals and diagnostic clinics. He is a perfect example of a good blend of medical expertise, experience, and business acumen. 
As a member of the core team at Renova Hospitals, Dr. Ajay plays a chief role in business expansion and development, critical collaborations for new oncology departments pan India, and their operations and strategic planning.
Dr. Ajay Aggarwal previously headed his parent organization Diwanchand Aggarwal X-ray and imaging center in Delhi and also worked in lead roles in Max Smart Super-speciality Hospital, HCG Hospitals, and Omega Hospitals. Dr. Ajay is passionate and focused on an endeavor to make oncology and healthcare services accessible to people in all parts of India.

Mr. Ravindranath Garaga

Mr. Ravindranath Garga, Chief Operating Officer, Renova Hospitals, has more than 16+ years of experience in multiple sectors, spanning across verticals, including Information Technology, hospital operations, hospital infrastructure planning, projects of healthcare and non-healthcare, information technology, and business development.

Prior to Renova Hospitals, Mr. Ravindranath Garga worked as the Operation Head at Medicover Hospital Vizag. Before Medicover, he worked with Omega Hospitals as incharge of operations and planning of the Vizag unit. His responsibilities at these hospitals included all clinical and non-clinical operations, formulation and execution of growth strategy, and implementation of operational excellence strategies.

Mr. Manoj Kumar

• He is a seasoned professional with over 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Renova Group, he worked with leading hospitals in India i.e. Medanta, Fortis, Manipal & HCG Hospital.
• Member of Renova Hospitals core team, playing a role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the long-term goals, objectives, and success of the organization.
• In-charge of group Revenue, Domestic & International Marketing, Brand & Communication, Market Intelligence & Market Research.
• Strong focus on driving aggressive revenue growth, expertise lies in initiatives that maximize the organization's financial performance.
