Essential Details.

Report Guidelines - Please submit the medical reports you have and your questions for the experts. You can also mention your treatment preferences, such as a desire to avoid surgery, and travel or financial constraints. Our experts take this into account when recommending treatment. Examples of reports that can be uploaded (to help us process your case) :-

  • Physician Medical Summary form detailing your condition and treatment - Planned treatments like your current surgery plan, chemotherapy protocol, radiation therapy (type and site), etc.
  • Clinical and post-treatment notes from your physician or oncologist like prescriptions, operation notes, chemotherapy, radiation therapy .
  • Laboratory & Investigation reports - Complete Blood Count (CBC), Biochemistry (RFT), Liver Function Test (LFT), Echo, ECG etc.
  • Surgical reports
  • Radiology reports - such as CT scans, PET-CT, MRI X-Rays, Ultrasound and special scans.
  • Biopsy reports confirming a cancer diagnosis, including Receptor tests, Immunohistochemistry, Cytogenetic, Karyotyping, Gene mutation analysis, etc.
