2.1. Cancellation by the Patient

• Patients may cancel their consultation appointments without any charges up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the consultation fee.

2.2. Cancellation by the Hospital

• Renova Hospitals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as doctor unavailability or emergencies.
• In such cases, patients will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund or a rescheduled appointment based on their preference.

3. Refund Eligibility and Process

• Refunds are only applicable for cancelled consultations as per the above policy.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@renovahospitals.com or in person at the hospital’s billing counter.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request.
• Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

4. No-Show Policy

• Patients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to the requirement of advance payment for future bookings.
